The above chart is a guide to the size of Race Skin that you will need for an 'average' build. You may wish to move to a different size if you consider yourself to have a larger 'athletic' build or a smaller 'racing snake' physique

A 'T' in the sizing indicates a 'Tall' fitting. For example, the 'medium tall' is the same height as the large but with a slimmer cut.

Note Neoprene degrades in Sunlight so don't leave out in the Sun as this will reduce the life of the product.

"This is a very useful and comfortable bit of kit. It is great under the hikers and effectively converts hikers into a full winter wetsuit that takes me through the English winter. The material is very thin and flexible so it restricts movement to the minimum while really adding warmth. Much more comfortable than neoprene and a lot easier to get on and off. The ability to zip from the top or the bottom is a very nice (and useful) touch. I wear mine from about October to May and have 2 of them.
