This fitting allows the 103R or RE compasses to be fitted to Laser® that have the new control lines. 

It fits over the Blocks at the base of the mast at one end and the cleats that control the cunningham and outhaul at the over.  No drilling into the deck and is completely legal. 

If you are using the 73R compass you need this fitting as the base for your S73RLAK to fit onto. 

The attachment screws  required are M4 316 stainless steel.
